All purchases must be paid for before merchandise is removed from auction premises. Payments accepted are cash, check (merchandise may be held until cleared by bank), bank check or money order, bank wire transfer $25 fee, Credit Card. $5 MINIMUM if you would like to pay with a Card. Any invoice paid with a card that are less than $5 will be rounded up to meet the minimum requirement. Statements made sale day take precedence over all other printed materials. Your credit card on file will not automatically be charged following the auction. You may pay with cash, check or card (4% convenience fee for any type of card) when you pick your winning merchandise up at our specified time and location for the auction listed above. IF YOU DO NOT COME TO THE LOAD OUT TIME LISTED ABOVE, YOUR CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED FOR YOUR PURCHASE TOTAL PLUS THE 4% CONVENIENCE FEE. For out of state buyers with an invoice total of $500.00 or greater, we may ask that funds be in a certified form with either a Certified Check, Money Order or Wire Transfer ($25 fee added to each Wire). We will email you if need to pay in this manner when we send your invoice.

This auction will have Sales Tax added to each winning invoice. If you are Tax Exempt, please have your exemption form or the information you will need to fill one out ready at checkout!

Items not picked up during the scheduled load-out times will be charged $10 convenience fee (per Invoice) for delayed pickup. If you do not come to the load out time/day listed, your card on file will be charged for your purchase total plus the 4% convenience fee.

If your purchase must be taken back to AAA Auction Service, LLC there will be a minimum of a $10 service fee added to your invoice for small items.

Buyer is required to bring their own packaging, help to load and/or equipment for loading.

If the card on file declines the buyer will be blocked until payment is received. Your balance due MUST be $0 before your account will be reinstated.

Items not paid for after 7 days will be resold. Items not picked up within 7 days will be resold at new owners expense, even if paid for.

Returns for defective or incorrectly described lots must happen within 14 days of the purchase date. All returns attempted after 14 days will not be accepted. All returns are at Auction Mgr's discreation/approval


***SHIPPING:

AAA has in house shipping. There will be a handling fee and costs for supplies added to the amount. We can take the items to pak mail if requested. Or you may provide your own shipping label but must pay for handling and supplies used.

The buyer is solely responsible for securing of labor for loading and packing of items purchased. AAA Auction Service, LLC., does not employ laborers for loading and packing purposes. Any outside contractor selected by the buyer for pickup of purchased items will be responsible for any packing, packaging and boxing or crating necessary.

***CONDITION OF ITEMS: Neither the auctioneer nor the seller shall be responsible for the correct description, genuineness, authenticity of, or defect in any article. The auctioneer will make a good-faith effort to correctly describe all articles and their condition; however, neither the auctioneer nor the seller make any guarantee or warranty regarding the accuracy of article descriptions.

All articles will be made available for public inspection during announced inspection periods. Bidders may also contact the auctioneer at any time prior to the auction to discuss articles being sold or request additional photographs. It is the responsibility of the buyer to satisfy all inquiries regarding article description and condition prior to bidding.

***THE HIGHEST BIDDER: In the case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer shall have sole discretion in determing the buyer and may also withdraw the lot or re-offer the lot for sale. Floor bidders have precedent over absentee bidders in the case of a tie winning bid.

***INDEMNIFICATION: Purchaser shall defend and indemnify and hold auctioneer and seller harmless from and against all claims and liabilities relating to the condition of, removal of, or use of the articles purchased or failure of user to follow instructions, warnings or recommendations of the manufacturer, or to comply with federal, state, and local laws applicable to such articles, including OSHA requirements, and Environmental Protection Agency requirements, or for proximate or consequential damages, costs or legal expenses arising there from.

***ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Any and all bids made by any and all bidders are legally binding contracts to purchase articles for the price offered according to the terms and conditions listed herein. In the event that a winning bidder does not perform within the terms of this contract, the auctioneer may, in addition to all other remedies allowed by law, retain all monies received as deposit or otherwise as liquidated damages. Articles not paid for and removed within the announced payment and removal times may be resold at public or private sale without further notice, with no reserve; any deficiency, together with all expenses and charges of resale, including legal fees, will be charged to the defaulting purchaser.
