We've been commissioned to conduct a public auction for the above-listed estate.  Turn onto Linden Road at Rt. 519 and Rt. 19 near Chartiers Hill Presbyterian Church. Good parking at the church parking lot. Free shuttle bus provided to/from sale site.

There are three floors full of quality household furnishings, including a nice 9-pc pecan dining room

suite, 3-pc floral livingroom, same as new Levin electric lift chair, sleep number bed, china closets,

slant-front desk, day bed, lots of bedroom furniture, cedar chest, humidor, hickory rocker, dinette set,

small floor safe, small chest freezer, upright freezer, two other refrigerators, assorted glassware

and china including more than 100 pcs. of Pfaltzgraph Winterberry, Duncan Miller, Mikasa, leaded

crystal, a number of Jim Shore figurines, stone critters,Thomas Kincaid prints, cutest child's oak
