 Please do not park on the grass, block driveways or mailboxes. Driveway at the sale is for loading only.

Payment: We accept Cash and Credit.  Credit over $20 Visa, MC and Discover.

Friday Numbers: Send email to treasures@thegreatestatesales.com or a text to (904)200-0610 by 6pm Thursday prior to the sale with first name, last initial for each number you will need.  One per person.  Name/Number will be called starting at 9:00 am on Friday. You must be on time and present to enter starting at that time. The number sheet will be available again Friday Morning at 8:30 am for more numbers at the sale. After name/number(s) are called general entry will begin. The sale is open to the public - Numbers are available to everyone. They are just used to help manage the line or crowd if we have one at the beginning of the sale on the first day. You will receive confirmation prior to Friday morning with your number. Hope to see you there!

Large Purchases:The Moving and Loading of Large Items/Furniture are the Buyers Responsibility. Please bring your own muscle, blankets and rope as needed.  We usually have an extra pair of hands around, but we are not responsible for any damage of any sort to the item(s), vehicle, contents or otherwise while helping you wrap, move, load, etc. 

 Thanks for your interest in the items at our sale. Many times we are busy assisting customers on site at the sale,  if you are interested in an item, please come directly to the sale. We cannot provide pricing over the phone.
