Before any firearm is transferred into your possession, you will have to fill out a 4473 and pass a background check. If you CANNOT pass a background check do not bid on any firearms. If you are a convicted felon, even if you have had your right to vote restored, you may not be able to own or possess firearms. Please do not bid on these weapons unless you have been issued a possessory number by the BATF.
