Hello Fellow Shoppers! Grasons Co Premier presents our next 2-day estate sale in beautiful Friendly Valley a secured community located in Newhall on Saturday March 5th and Sunday March 6th, 9-1p! We are still setting up, so check back in throughout the week for more photos and descriptions. Sunday most eveything will be 50% off! 

 

Please Note: Entry into the community via the Guard Shack (near Arco) will only be permitted from (8:30-1pm daily). No earlier entry will be permitted. Signup sheet goes out at 8:30am and doors open at 9a…no other sheet started will not be honored.

 

Please do not park in or block the neighbor’s driveways, do not park anywhere illegally, and adhere to all signs.

 

Unfortunately, NO PRICES CAN BE QUOTED BEFORE THE SALE. We are working on multiple homes at the same time with 100’s of items in them. Therefore, it is impossible to remember prices correctly. WE DO NOT PRE-SELL UNLESS SPECIFICALLY STATED.
