A sign in sheet will be placed outside the home one hour prior to the sale opening. Any other sheet started will not be honored. Please don’t bring any personal purses into the sales. We will provide you with either a basket or tote for you to place your items you wish to purchase. Please don’t park in or block the neighbor’s driveways. Please Note: The home is in condensed community; therefore, street parking will be on a first come first serve basis. We ask that you are mindful of the neighbors and please do not block driveways. Street parking is accessible on Parkwood, but you do have to walk around a corner to the home. Unfortunately, NO PRICES CAN BE QUOTED BEFORE THE SALE.
