Due to Fire Department regulations as a result of the size of this home, we will be limiting the number of customers entering the sale at one time. Please plan accordingly! We apologize in advance if it impacts your shopping experience. Complaining will not change the process throughout this sale. As with other Estate companies, all Done Deal Estate Sale staff legally carry firearms !! Sale is: Friday thru Sunday! Doors open at 10:00 AM. -Children will be allowed in as long as there is no line of BUYING customers. -NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS WILL BE AVAILABLE ! -WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ENTRANCE TO ANYONE! -Doors Open At 10:00 AM. Please be courteous when parking in the area. -Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police. -SMILE, as usual, there will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the home. -Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside. -Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information. " Please remember that the owner has the right to remove any items out of this sale, even though they may be advertised." -All items sold as-is and no refunds accepted. -Bring help and your own tools to load large items as our employees are not allowed to assist due to insurance regulations. We do not have any staff available to load purchases. -If you break an item, it's yours to buy. -Florida Sales Tax Collected on All Sales Unless Exempt with Certificate -We work closely with the client to ensure pricing is fair for all parties. 50% reduction of items is not guaranteed on final day of sale. |

Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals will be in South Tampa this upcoming weekend for an Estate Sale. Carmen Junquera moved to Tampa from Cuba in 1960. She purchased the family home not long after arriving in South Tampa. In 1966, she opened up Carmen Junquera Boutique, a high-end fashion clothing and jewelry store. She ran this Boutique successfully, clothing many ladies from everyday wear to ballgowns for Gasparilla and other high-end functions. Carmen had a love for fashion, antiques, and artwork which set her apart in the industry. Her Boutique remained open until the late 1980's. After retiring and closing the store, she continued her love of collecting finer items which she enjoyed having in her home. Please check back as we will continue to add photos throughout the setup process. Done Deal will be liquidating the entire contents of her home this weekend. This is definitely a must attend event.
