Condition "Runs" means that we started the vehicle with a battery pack- we did not test drive any vehicles and cannot guarantee that they are road worthy. Varying degrees of condition with no implied warranty. Some vehicles are Sold with Mechanic Storage Lien Paperwork that you mail to the DMV within 30 days of sale to obtain you title.
