When placing Bids, the Bidder is accepting that the item meets their satisfaction or have chosen not to examine the item in person and accept it as is.

The Credit Card registered during Auction Registration will be charged immediatly following conclusion of the Auction, unless otehr arrangements are made prior to the close of the Auction. All items will be "Picked Up" at the Sale Location by the Buyer or his Representaive.

Latimer Auction does not test or guarentee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition.

Pickup Date: Saturday February 15th -10:00am till 4:00pm. If you need to have your items shipped, please contact us before the end of pickup time to let us know you arranging transportation. Skid Loader & Operator will be on hand Saturday to assist in loading.
Lots not picked up or having arrangments made, during the specified pickup Date/Time, will be considered abandoned & forfeited , they will then become the property of Latimer Auction, with no refunds.

By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidders are subject to legal actions and will be barred from future Auctions. Sorry no International Bidding/Shipping on this Auction.

Latimer Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids, ommissions or electronic issues during the course of the Auction.
