Preview and Pickup Information:

Preview for this auction will be at 2917 Willow Run Rd, Harrisonburg VA Wednesday February 22 from 3 to 5 PM. Pickup is at the same location on  Thursday February 23 from 9 AM to 5 PM. Pickups will be scheduled through signup genius. If you are a winning bidder you will get an email immediately after the auction to sign up for your pickup time.

Shipping is available at the buyers expense for smaller items in this auction. Please remember that large and heavy items can be expensive to ship.

Terms of the Sale:

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.

Payment: Cash, Credit Card, (3% Convenience Fee Applies To Debit Or Credit Card Payments) or Good Check are approved methods of payment. This online only auction will require bidders to enter a valid credit card in order to register to bid. When registering to bid, the credit card will be checked for available credit of $100 but the card will not be charged. At the end of the auction all successful bidders will receive an invoice via email and payment can be made online or you may bring payment with you to pick up. If payment arrangements are not made by the end of the pickup period then the credit card used for authorization purposes at the time of registration will be charged. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.
