Grand Blanc Estate Tag Sale February 17th - 18th 9AM - 4PM Sale will be near Vassar Road and Perry Road Address will be available Thursday February 16th at 9:00am We love Cash, but will also take Credit Cards and Paypal. 4% will be added to sale if using Credit Cards or PayPal. All items are sold “as is, where is” with no warranty, expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items before purchase. No refunds or exchanges will be made. Nice clean home located in Grand Blanc Michigan. Sale will take place on main floor, basement, attached garage and shed out back. Home is smoke free and pet free. Light color carpet through out home so depending on weather shoe booties may be required. If weather is to bad sale will take place the following weekend. Parking will be available on street, driveway will be available for loading only.
