Doors open at 11:00 AM. -Children will be allowed in as long as there is no line of BUYING customers. -NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS WILL BE AVAILABLE ! -WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ENTRANCE TO ANYONE! -This is a CASH only Sale!!!!! NO CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS!!! -Doors Open At 10:00 AM. Please be courteous when parking in the area. -Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police. -SMILE, as usual, there will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the home. -Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside. -Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information. " Please remember that the owner has the right to remove any items out of this sale, even though they may be advertised." -All items sold as-is and no refunds accepted. -Bring help and your own tools to load large items as our employees are not allowed to assist due to insurance regulations. Done Deal Estate Sale and Appraisals will be in Seminole this week starting on Wednesday for an Estate Sale. Pastor William R. (Veley) Topping Jr., 86, Lieutenant Commander, U.S. Navy Retired was a resident of Seminole, Florida since 1977. He retired as a Lieutenant Commander from the Navy after he did two tours in Vietnam in order to enter The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He was a Pastor Emeritus of Norwood Baptist Church, St. Petersburg, Florida. We will be liquidating the complete contents of his home. The home is also for sale with a realtor. Everything will be sold including: Indoor Furniture, Outdoor Furniture, Kitchenware, Electronics, Home Decor, Chandeliers, A large tool Lot, Outdoor garden items, and Appliances -Washer/Dryer.
