* ITEMS NOT PICKED UP in the allotted pickup times are FORFEITED without refund & subject to resale without notice for STORAGE FEES. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
* Graber Auctions may reserve the right to reject any bid at it's sole discretion.

Items need to be picked up on Thursday, MARCH 9, from 10am to 5pm ET by APPOINTMENT ONLY (A calendar will be sent to winning bidders).

PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: Items are to be picked up on the arranged pickups day(s). Please do not bid if you can not pick up on that day! Any specialized arrangement for pickup outside of the scheduled dates will be subject to a minimum of $25. (Depending on difficulty) PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL YOUR ITEMS ARE ACCOUNTED FOR BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PICK-UP SITE. Any items left behind will be considered abandoned and buyer will be charged. NO REFUNDS will be issued. PLEASE bring BOXES, tools, dollies, and assistance if needed to pickup.

SHIPPING: Shipping is available for SMALL items only, with United Packing and Shipping, in Vincennes, IN (812) 886-9499. info@upsvincennes.com.
(Hazardous items cannot be shipped such as liquids, perfumes, ammo, chemicals, radioactive materials, compressed gases, dry ice, liquid nitrogen, lithium batteries and more).
There will be a $2.00 per lot fee charged to drop items off at Untited Packing and Shipping.

Deposit: In order for the Auctioneer to process your winning bid, we must have a working Visa, MasterCard or Discover associated with your account.

PHOTOGRAPHS & DESCRIPTIONS: The Auctioneer regularly posts item descriptions and photographs to aid bidders in the bidding process, and we make every effort to ensure that the descriptions and photographs that we post accurately represent the items being offered for sale. In some photographs, multiple items may appear to be joined as a single unit, however you should not assume that a lot consists of more than one item simply because various items appear connected or are featured in the same photograph. Also understand that, on occasion, the wrong photograph may be displayed for a given item. At all times, you are bidding on items as they are described on this website, not as they appear in any photograph.

ALL LOTS AND ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. IT IS BELIEVED THAT ALL DESCRIPTIONS ARE ACCURATE BUT NOT GUARANTEED.

Bidders are solely responsible for packing, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from GRABER AUCTIONS. WE will NOT supply any tools, boxes or packing materials. The winning bidder on large items needs to bring help and equipment to load the item(s).

When You Have Been Outbid: If you are outbid during the course of this auction, you will be notified by email. You can review your bids at any time using the Auctioneer's "Review Bids" feature; items on which you have been outbid will be clearly marked.

CHANGES IN CIRCUMSTANCE: All aspects of this auction are subject to change without notice. The Auctioneer reserves the right to at any time (1) add or remove items from the auction, (2) split or combine lots.

WINNING BIDS: If you place a bid in this sale, and your bid is determined to be the winning bid, you become obligated to pay for the item that you have won at the price you gave as your bid.

PAYMENT: A Valid Credit Card is required for bidding approval; you will receive an email (morning after auction) with invoice showing your purchases and the total price. Your credit card on file with HiBid will be charged automatically for the invoice total. If you do not wish to have your credit card charged for your purchase(s), please contact our office before the auction closes (812) 254-2220 to make other arrangements for payment.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO ALL PICK UP DATES AND LOCATIONS!
If you (or someone for you) are unable to make that date or time, do not bid!
If after you have exhausted ALL options to make the scheduled pickup, and are unable to, we will bring only select items back to our office for a MINIMUM FEE of $25. This fee may increase depending on location, and difficulty.

If you do not make the scheduled pickup time, and have not made any prior arrangements, you will FORFEIT your items.
