We are pleased to present this beautiful online auction featuring the contents of a beautiful North Raleigh home.  If we noticed any issues with items in this auction, we made our best effort to point them out in the photographs and/or descriptions. Please see all pictures and ask any questions that you may have. All items are sold as-is.  This auction will end on Sunday, January 29th, and bidding will start to close at 8 pm and then every 12 seconds until all lots are sold.  

Pick-up will be on Tuesday, January 31st, from 1-7 pm. The address for this pickup will be released only to winning bidders. This home is located off Creedmoor Rd in Raleigh. Please be sure you can make pick-up before bidding, as this is the only access we will have to the home.  There WILL be a signup time required for this pick-up. The link to sign up for your pick-up time slot is always at the bottom of your invoice. Shipping could be available on smaller items, but please get in touch with us before bidding for shipping approval. Also, please be sure to bring helpers for furniture pieces and boxes for smaller items.
