INSPECTION
Monday, January, 09, 2023 between 9 am (PT) and 4 pm (PT). We strongly advise that You make use of any available inspection period to personally inspect items so that You can make the best bidding and buying decision possible.



PAYMENT METHODS
We do accept all major credit cards; Payment by credit cards may be paid up to $5,000. We will accept wire transfer (contact for payment information), cash (exact change), cashier's check and approved business checks for full or remaining payment at our Galt office or at time of pickup at certain locations; please contact the office for more information.

PAYMENT DUE
We will automatically charge the credit card on file. Unless you have contacted us in advance regarding another payment method. There is a 18% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction. Location-based sales tax will also be collected for this auction. Full payment must be made no later than 4pm (PT) on Thursday, January, 12, 2023.

REMOVAL
By Appointment Only, all items must be removed by a scheduled appointment, between 9 am (PT) and no later than 4 pm (PT) on Friday, January, 13, 2023 and Monday, January, 16, 2023. Click Here to Schedule Appointment! * Holding of items will NOT be permitted, you must have all items removed from each auction separately, items not removed on the scheduled removal days will be assessed a fee and/or be resold at auctioneer's discretion.

All Buyers or Authorized Agents must present PHOTO IDENTIFICATION upon arrival, please be aware that a photo of the individual removing items from the auction site will be taken to confirm identity (Your Privacy Matters,we don't use your photo for anything other than identification purposes and we don't use your photo for advertising). Buyers with a history of a minimum of 15 transactions (separate auctions) with which no issue was had regarding payment or pickup MAY (at HAI discretion) be exempted from photo identification. ALL Authorized Agents for any buyer is required to present photo identification. Schedule appointments based on the quantity and size of items purchased, but not more than two (2) appointments per Buyer. Excessive use of appointments will be deleted by Huisman Auctions. Please be aware that some appointments may overlap due to the quantity and size of items being loaded. Late appointment arrivals will automatically be forfeited. NO Shows, NO Appointments, Late Appointments will only be accommodated if availability allows (items will be considered abandoned and forfeited, no refunds, with no further rights by the Buyer).

Buyers are responsible for all aspects of removal. All items remaining after this specified time are considered abandoned and forfeited, no refunds, with no further rights by the Buyer. Failure to pick up items will result in $25 (small item) or $100 (large item) per item charge for disposal. Buyers that fail to pick up items may be permanently blocked from bidding at Huisman Auctions.

REMOVAL ASSISTANCE
Buyers or authorized agents are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items. Employees are unable to assist with physical loading. Forklift Loading Assistance will be available at auctioneer's discretion; wait times may occur.

It is the Bidders responsibility to review all auction information, dates, times, terms and conditions of the auction. Bidders are bound by all terms and conditions of the auction when the first bid is placed, therefore, Bidders should not participate in the auction if they cannot comply with the stated auction terms. Huisman Auctions reserves the right in its sole discretion, to remove or block bids that cannot be verified as legitimate. If Huisman Auctions is unable to verify a Bidders identity, after trying all reasonable means of contact, bids may be removed. All items are sold “as-is” and “where-is” and “with all faults” with no warranties expressed or implied. The description of property is based solely on visual impression, and is given solely for identification purposes only. No items have been tested for working conditions by Huisman Auctions. Items may be overstocks or returns, new or used, perfect or broken. It is the Bidders responsibility to inspect all items to ensure accuracy and quality. Buyers or their Agents are responsible for ensuring they received all their items. No claims of any kind shall be allowed after items have been removed by the Buyer or items have been signed for after time of removal. Buyers in default authorize Huisman Auctions to charge a 25% re-listing fee to their credit card based upon their high bid amount. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.

EXEMPTIONS
Resellers must have a valid Resale Certificate uploaded to Bidder account to qualify for sales tax exemption. It is the Bidders responsibility to notify Huisman Auctions in advance (before auction closing) if they want to use or not use this exemption.
