We prefer to take your credit card information over the phone to process the shipping charges. We do not add the shipping to your invoice. We DO NOT retain credit card information - it is destroyed after use. Therefore, you'll need to contact us after every auction you win to arrange for shipping. We ship using SpeeDee, FedEx, UPS or USPS. Ensure your address is correct on your invoice! If it comes back we will reship at your expense. We charge a minimum of $5.00 per package for packaging supplies and time + actual shipping charges. We have packaged thousands of items between our K-BID sales and our eBay store - we know what we're doing! We ensure everything is safely and securely packaged prior to sending it out. Please let us know ASAP if you want insurance. You will be charged what the carrier charges for this service. NPS Auctions cannot be held responsible for items that have left our possession.
