Hello Friends, we are very honored to have been chosen to perform an estate sale for this friendly and amazing local couple who have owned this home in Palos Verdes Estates for over 40 years.As we are setting up this sale, we are discovering that every item in this home is a treasure in pristine condition! Some of the furniture displayed include: Exquisite Wynwood Marble Top Buffet Cabinet, Beautiful Drexel Heritage and Broyhill complete bedroom sets, 3 cedar lined hope chests, super cozy chocolate like- new Ashley Leather sofa and Ottoman, Gorgeous Statues, Paintings, Sterling Silver, dinnerware, Crystal stemware, Hand made pottery, Terracotta Pots, Unique Artwork, Rustic Lighting Fixtures, Lamps, Lovely living indoor Tree, Kids toys, Shop and Garden tools and much more! Stay tuned.. We will be posting more pictures and updates next week during our set up and staging. As always the sign up list will be on the front door the day of sale 7am. Any other list started prior to ours will not be honored. Please remember: respect the neighbors, shoppers, the owners home and Grasons employees. Extra parking, available at local schoolyard right down the street a few hundred feet for your pickup trucks, dollys, handtrucks, and/or moving vans.. The time has come!
