The Conservation Commission of the State of Missouri is offering approximately 48.2 acres of mostly wooded land in Chariton County, MÔ for sale to the highest bidder (after reserve price is met).

The land is approximately 3 miles South of Keytesville, MO on County Road VV but still very secluded in a rural wooded setting surrounded by family farms. It offers easy access to small and large cities and easy access to Kansas City International airport.

The property is heavily wooded and should offer excellent deer, turkey, waterfowl, and small game hunting. The area is bordered by over 1/2 mile of the Chariton River. The location is less than 3 miles North of the confluence of the Chariton and Missouri rivers offering the owner direct access to both rivers. The property is midway between two of the largest public waterfowl hunting area in the State.
