We accept cash, personal checks with local ID and credit/debit cards on purchases over $20.
The Sale begins at 9am and access will not be allowed prior to this time. Furniture will be advertised and may be sold prior to the sale. If there are specific furniture pieces you are interested in, please contact us for pricing and availability. Please do not call for measurements and dimensions. Due to the nature of this sale, all items will be priced as marked. An offer box is available at the sale and we encourage customers to submit offers on higher-priced items. Ask staff for details. Please bring help to load large items as our staff are not equipped to assist. All items are sold as seen and returns cannot be accepted. Neither Eagle Estate Sales nor the owner of the property are responsible for accidents or loss or damage to personal items. For everyone's safety, a limited amount of people will be allowed in the home at one time. Please be patient as there is limited space in the home and lots to look at!
