Helpful Terms: Maximum Bid- This is the MOST you are willing to pay for an item (before Buyer’s Premium/Tax); It is your Best Bid. The site uses this Max Bid to automatically bid (up to your Max) against others that are bidding on the same item. This allows you to place all your bids in advance if you are unable to or do not wish to watch the Lots as they close. Soft/Extended Close- As a lot is closing, if a bid is placed in the Final 2 Minutes, the closing time will restart the countdown from 2 Minutes. This is to prevent “Bid Sniping” and will allow someone who is outbid a chance at rebuttal. Lots-Per-Minute/Staggered Lots- Lots in our auction will not all close simultaneously at the listed end time. Instead, they will begin to close at a rate of "x" (usually 3 or 4) lots per minute, depending on how many lots are in the auction (Vehicle Auctions will close at a rate of 1 lot per 2 minutes). This means the first "x" (usually 3 or 4) lots will end at the closing time, but the next "x" (usually 3 or 4) will close the minute after, and so on. Recently serviced. Nothing wrong with it as far as they know. 3 Echo PB-650H Power Leaf Blower No known problems or issues. Good working condition. 4 Lift King KFG-15 Forklift Hours: 17 Propane. Brakes are low, but it runs and drives with no other known issues. Being taken out of service due to age of the machine. Please Note: In the video, the overhead door was opening at the same time the forklift was starting. That squealing sound at the beginning of the video is from the door going up, NOT the forklift. 5 Antique Carter Pump Antique. Hasn't run in decades. 6 Onan 30KW Generator Hours: 212 Model: 30.DEH-15R/18821J S/N: F800510576 4 cylinder diesel 30kw Motor had an cooling issue. Was pulled out and replaced with new. Has been sitting for a few years. 7 Gorman Rupp 6'' Pump Model: 16C2-F300 S/N: 713052 Hours: 2,907 Had issues with the pump. Motor worked well. Taken out of service a few years ago and has been sitting. 8 Gorman Rupp 4'' Pump S/N: 6184670 Hours: 140 Pump was pulled off. Motor ran when taken out of service. This was an air cooled pump that became obsolete. Replaced with new. 9 Gorman Rupp 4'' Pump S/N: 5211423 Hours: 1,061 Ran when taken out of service. Has been sitting for a few years. This was an air cooled pump that became obsolete. Replaced with new. 10 1983 Stone Cement Mixer S/N: 3031015 W/ Briggs & Stratton 8HP Motor. Was working when taken out of service. Has been sitting for a few years now. 11 Approx. (13) Sections of Chain Link Fence 6' Sections. This was a large dog kennel that they took down when they purchased the property. 12 Dayton Band Saw Model 5K599A Was working when taken out of service. Has been sitting for more than a decade. Rusted over and almost definitely seized. 13 Mi-T-M Model 1502 Steam Washer S/N: 206573 Purchased in 1998 Had problems getting it up to pressure. Was running when taken out of service. 14 Landa Model PDE2-15021D 1500 PSI Pressure Washer S/N: PO298-1230 Was working when taken out of service. Aged out, replaced with new. 15 MGS Diesel Fuel Tank Tank used to be mounted under a Haskell static site generator. No leaks or holes. Approximately 10' long. 16 Your Choice of 4' & 5' Diameter Concrete Manhole Sections Various heights & sections. You can take as many as you'd like. The rest are going to a concrete crusher. 17 2007 John Deere X500 48" Riding Mower This Lot is Located at 791 Cayuga Creek Rd, Cheektowaga, NY 14227 S/N: M0X500A013492 Hours: 1,301 (?) Was running when it was taken out of service. Didn't have any issues that they knew of. Replaced with a new model. When pictures were taken it was below freezing. The hour meter took a second to display at all and didn't display correctly (See picture 13). This may be due to the liquid crystal being so cold, or it may be broken. They had never noticed an issue with it before. 18 John Deere 48" Commercial Walk Behind Mower This Lot is Located at 791 Cayuga Creek Rd, Cheektowaga, NY 14227 Hours: 144 S/N: TC4420X035043 Deck S/N: TC48MCA035063 The crew didn't like using it because they didn't like the brake system. Apparently it was too sensitive and would jerk to a stop. Has seen very little use, low hours. Comes with a 2-wheel sulky so you can ride behind instead of walk. Had no known issues when taken out of service. Replaced with a new zero turn. 19 REMOVED FROM SALE This Lot is Located at 791 Cayuga Creek Rd, Cheektowaga, NY 14227 Hours: 592 S/N: 905722-5 Low oil pressure switch is defective. Everything else works well. Ran when taken out of service. |
