Doors open at 10:00 AM. -Children will be allowed in as long as there is no line of BUYING customers. -NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS WILL BE AVAILABLE ! -WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ENTRANCE TO ANYONE! -Doors Open At 10:00 AM. Please be courteous when parking in the area. -Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police. -SMILE, as usual, there will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the home. -Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information. " Please remember that the owner has the right to remove any items out of this sale, even though they may be advertised." -All items sold as-is and no refunds accepted. -Bring help and your own tools to load large items as our employees are not allowed to assist due to insurance regulations. We do not have any staff available to load purchases. -If you break an item, it's yours to buy. -Florida Sales Tax Collected on All Sales Unless Exempt with Certificate -We work closely with the client to ensure pricing is fair for all parties. 50% reduction of items is not guaranteed on final day of sale. |

We have been chosen to liquidate the contents of their south Tampa office this weekend. Everything will be sold this weekend. The office has: Office furniture, Plants, Rugs, Artwork, Electronic equipment, Appliances, Office supplies, Books, Holiday items, and Kitchenware. There is plenty in this 8000 square feet office. You don't want to miss this sale ! The sale photos are now complete. The Firm has added over 30 lbs of Estate Jewelry. The Beib's is back! He again will be available for photos only at this sale.
