  Holy  cow, how can it be the last sale of 2022 ??? Where did the year go ?  Well, it looks like we’ve saved the very best, for this sale !!  It’s a Christmas extravaganza !!! The sale dates are, Friday, Saturday, and SUNDAY, December 16th, 17th, 18th. 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., Friday and Saturday, 10:00a.m.-3:00p.m., on Sunday. We’ll be offering hot coffee, homemade wassail, and cookies, for refreshments at the sale.   Still shopping for those Christmas items ? Well, look no further than this sale !!! We gotcha covered !

 
                                PLEASE READ !!! 
 
   This sale is on a private road, please be respectful of the homeowners. Yes, it IS a gravel/caleche surface. Well have our signs out, showing you that GPS sends you to the WRONG house. The sale is at the ONLY residence on the right hand side of the road-allllll the way to the end.  
 
 PLEASE BE AWARE—YOURE LIABLE TO FIND RANDOM CRITTERS, AND VERY UNEVEN DIRT FLOORS IN THE BARN. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.
 
There ARE items for sale in the barn area, but the three conex/storage containers have NOTHING for sale in them. Ill post signs, if you decide to just take a peek in them”, youll be told to leave the property immediately.   Youve been warned.
 
 
  There are a lot of items in the patio area, where you’ll enter the house-DO NOT pull tags, or start making a pile, before we open, or those items will be double the marked price, at checkout.
 
 
 
 
The house and carport areas are incredibly packed, please be courteous to other shoppers, leave your Christmas Grinch cranky pants at home !  There is a curved, open style staircase, if you don’t like heights, or don’t climb stairs safely, then DON’T GO UPSTAIRS !! 
 
There should be plenty of parking, or you’re welcome to park along the road. Don’t treat the grass areas like an off-road track, the property has been sold, and the new owners, (or myself !), will be very unhappy if you aren’t respectful. The front gates will be locked, until I open them.
 
Collins Lake is off Highway 35, just East of the FM 521 intersection, in Bailey’s Prairie. We’ll have our signs out, but there’s also a sign that reads Burrell Chapel Baptist Church. When you turn onto Collins Lake, go across the cattle guard.  You’ll pass two residences on the left, then the sale house will be on the right. Cross the cattle guard, and find a parking spot. DON’T block the driveway, OR the road !!! 
 
The address is 220 Collins Lake, Angleton.  The sign-up sheet will go out around 8:00, Friday morning, and we’ll begin calling names on the list around 8:45. 
 
THERE WILL BE NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE SALE AREAS !!!!
 
We accept credit cards, and cash.
 
No large handbags, backpacks, etc. allowed in.  
 
For a reminder, the two part tags on large, or bulky items, are there so you can take the bottom half, (I wrote that really slowly, so you understand it), and hang on to it. No one else can buy that item. If you change your mind, find an EL worker,(we’ll actually be wearing shirts that have “Estate Liquidators” printed on them, go figure…), so they can re-attach it to the item, so someone else can purchase it.
 
ESTATE LIQUIDATORS DOES NOT PROVIDE LOADERS, HAULERS, NOR PACK MULES. If you buy a large, or heavy item,(and trust me, there ARE some large, heavy items here !), you’ll need to make arrangements to have those items moved. 
 
All purses for sale are attached to hangers. Intentionally, folks. When you bring a purse to checkout, the checkers can then remove the hanger. Yeah, it looks weird, but, if folks didn’t try so hard to steal items, we wouldn’t need to do things like that.
