Please come prepared with help this week as to the furniture is L-A-R-G-E and so are the DEALS! You will need all the assistance you can getting THESE items to the car.. 'Honey.. bring the gun show!' because the furniture here is spectacular!! You'll definitely need the truck and a second set of hands!! We have enough here to cover everybody's wants/needs.. from kitchen to garage, from the gym to the living room and everything else in between.

**Colleyville City Ordinances for Parking**
~CAN NOT park 30' from a stop sign
~CAN NOT park 15' from a fire hydrant
~Park on the side of the street WITH traffic where the passenger side wheels are on the edge of the street- NOT in the neighbors' grass/yard!!!
~Narrow streets must have traffic park on ONE side of the street as to have enough room for a LARGE Emergency Vehicle to be able to navigate.

Our clients are being VERY mindful of their home's newest owners AND their neighbor's property so we've been asked to pass along some SPECIFIC parking instructions. Parking WILL NOT BE ALLOWED on Oak Knoll Drive in front of the home. Parking will be located on the adjacent side street ( Cheshire Dr. ) so PLEASE be mindful of cross traffic, right-aways, driveways AND pedestrians. 

AS ALWAYS, please park correctly pertaining to traffic laws or risk being ticketed by the local Police Department!! (Nobody wants a ticket!!)

The driveway will be for LOADING/UNLOADING ONLY!! NO parking on the lawns or grass!!

Please be able/willing to walk a short distance to the home. As always.. we TRUELY appreciate your cooperation in ALL these matters. We will have a Security Officer here as requested by our clients to keep everyone on point.. be respectful and observant of any requests or you will be asked to leave.

An entire wall of bookshelves filed with National Geographic magazine collections ranging from the 70's through today. Many books, home decor, pictures and nic-nacs. An ABSOLUTELY exquisite LARGE (63"X86") Joe Sambataro painting of the French Countryside in a beautiful ornate gold frame. A Degas style textured painting by S Weatherly along with a Renoir style floral also by Weatherly. Tall oak framed standing floor mirror with beveled mirror and a Baker Furniture claw foot coffee table with inlay. A white damask Hendredon  three cushion sofa, creme Lexington chair and a luxurious gold and neutral area rug (8'X10').. several topiaries and a 10' faux ficus tree! Several decor items such as urns, vases and chests. A small white wash wooden desk chair with woven seat, several wooden pedestals/stands and a Neo Classical floor lamp.

Kitchen/Den~ 
I hope someone LOVES burgundy! We have many everyday pieces and a few collectables by Haeger. Pampered Chef baking bowl and casserole dish. Glass serving pieces such as bowls and plates, punch bowl, wine glasses and mugs. Pewter platters, bowl and serving dishes. Crystal bowl and glasses.. and even some pantry items! In the den you'll find three pairs of all wood barstools.. a caned bentwood rocker and a pair of leather arm chairs. An end table by Baker Furniture, dresser & mirror by Lexington Furniture and an oversized comfy armchair & ottoman by Bradington Young in a beautiful hunter's check material! A 9'X13' area rug in golds and greens completes this room!

Main Hall~
Artwork and small decor adorns the main floor hallway. Pictures of Greek style statues (6) and woodland scenes. Small topiaries and candelabras.. and a grand Neo Classical mirror at the end to see yourself!!

Garage~ A good majority of smalls are out here!! We've got it all covered… from yard tools to linens, decorative items to electronics, sporting goods to kitchen and even Christmas! Weight equipment to pellet guns, car ramps to a bicycle and even a Nolan Ryan autographed stadium seat from the old Arlington, Texas Rangers' Stadium! Marantz stereo receivers, shop vac & duffle bags. Picture frames, kitchen serving trays and bowls. Electrical cords, Keys Fitness strength trainer weight set and a rifle case! Clothing located in the garage due to all the bedrooms being off limits. Vintage wedding dress size small, small women's ski wear.
All weather-wear coats, (men's sizes in large).. West marine men's sailing overalls and coat. A signed Texas Rangers #9 Blalock jersey. Girls varsity jackets from Colleyville High School. Women's fashion belts, foul weather men's and women's long underwear. Custom bed spreads with matching pillows to complete the look!
