It is your responsibility to pack and load your merchandise at time of pick-up. Please think ahead as to what you will need. (Tools, boxes, newspaper for fragile items, containers, hand trucks, dollies, etc. for large items.) We do not offer loading assistance.

We make every effort to describe items as accurately as possible and are not always able to list every flaw. There will be typical signs of wear and tear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We cannot guarantee electronics and mechanical items.

Auction items are “as is” and “where is”. There are NO REFUNDS or CREDITS on auction items.

All sales are FINAL. Dimensions provided in descriptions are approximate.

A buyers premium of 18% and Maryland sales tax of 6% will be added to all purchases.

Your credit card on file will be preauthorized for $1 at the time of the initial bidding and account set-up. You must consent to this $1 hold which is not a charge. If you are exempt and hold a Maryland tax license, you must present a copy of your Maryland sales tax exemption and fill out a copy of the Maryland sales tax form stating that you are buying these items for resale. This form will be emailed to you and must be returned prior to paying your invoice.

Please remain in line at 6' spacing until an auction manager comes out to you. Masks are required for pick up if you are NOT fully vaccinated.

Arrangements for smaller items to be shipped can be made prior to pick up, but make sure you ask questions before bidding as once the bids end is then the time for paying, not asking questions which should have been asked BEFORE you bid.

If the item does not fit in a flat rate ship box or is fragile, we may use 3rd party shipping for packing and shipping. We have a $10 handling fee for shipping, including a trip to UPS.

2. After your sale invoice is paid (may include Handling fee), you will receive a separate invoice for shipping charges on (the week after the sale), this will come from paypal. 

. Depending on the size of the sale and amount of shipping, it may be several days after pickup before you receive your shipping invoice.

3. Everyone that needs shipping MUST text Amanda 443-822-2553 or email aspenceauctions@gmail.com.

4. If you live in MD, DC, VA or DE and need shipping, please email us so we know to ship your item -- please send an email to aspenceauctions@gmail.com.
