Please read before bidding as this information is for your benefit. This is an on-site auction at a private residence. Removal must be within the schedule listed. We are unable to make exceptions or alternate arrangements beyond the posted removal schedule. If you are unable to pick up your items within the alloted time, send someone in your place or please do not bid. **Shipping will be EXTREMELY limited for items in this auction** **There will be absolutely NO SHIPPING OF PIANOS under any circumstances** This auction features a number of very heavy items including large pianos. They are not only very heavy, they are bulky. Please plan ahead. Be sure you bring any help you will need to aid in the removal of your items as well as the appropriate tools you may need! No one at A.L.A. will be able to help with the removal of any items. Please use caution when coming to pick up your items as it can get slippery. Because specific items are extremely heavy, we ask that you be patient and give anyone moving heavy objects the right of way! We do not want anyone getting hurt. Again, please use caution. If you cannot remove your items on the scheduled removal day within the times listed, please do not bid. Lots 1-12 are in the garage, garage attic, garage rafters or all 3. Please bring the appropriate help and tools to remove your items. Lots 13-30, and 47-105 are inside the garage or around the outside of the house. Lots 31-46 and 121-133 are on the main level of the house. Lots 134 - 291 are in the basement. You will be responsible for hauling any items up the basement stairs, through the home, as well as loading them yourselves. Please bring any packaging materials you feel are needed to wrap and carry your items from the removal. Lots 301-399, 414 and 501-518 are upstairs on the second level of the house. Again, you will be responsible for packing and removing your own items. Lots 400-413 and 500 are up on the 3rd floor of the house. If you are unable to carry items up or down stairs on your own, PLEASE be sure to bring any help you may need along with you to the removal!
