Welcome to Big Deal Auctions! We get you the BIG DEAL by providing pricing for the people, by the people. We as a company strive to give clients the best buying and selling experience possible. By Bidding on Any Big Deal Auctions' Auction, You’re Agreeing to the Following: Standard pick-up times: Tuesday to Friday 1:00pm - 6:00pm. Saturday 9:00am - 12:00pm. (Holidays/Weather may affect these hours) We may add a Sunday morning pick-up time, depending on number of auctions during the week. Please watch auction pick-up appointments for Sunday availability. You're allotted 3 business days to pick up items from auction close date. If you are unable to pick up an item the day after an auction closes, please communicate with us a pick up time within those 3 days. If you are unable to pick up your items within that time frame a small fee will be charged. Items will be returned back to auction after 7 days from close date. ***IMPORTANT*** When picking up at our location: -Please park legally on Agnes Ave or E 14th street. Come into the large garage door located on Agnes Ave. -Bring your printed invoice (or) have your name, bidder ID, number of items bought, and auction close date ready. -If your item is large, more than 100 lbs (or more than you can carry) please bring additional help to load. These items can also be picked up by setting up an appointment with us, outside of pickup hours, so a moving vehicle can pull into the loading doc area. 1. If you are unable to pick up on time, please make other arrangements with Riley at 913-283-5544 Warehouse phone will be answered Monday-Friday 10-6. We are too small of a warehouse to hold items for more than 3 days. 2. Stock Photos- The use of stock photos does not guarantee the condition of the items, however gives you an idea of what the product is. Please view pictures and read descriptions. Our Team does a great job of notating quality of items and if they see any damage. If product looks different than stock photo please go off of product seen in photos or call/text Riley if you have questions. We do our best to match products with exact stock photos, but we are human and mistakes may happen. 3. Damaged Items- We do our best to describe any damage that we may find. Please view items marked open box/damage during inspection times. We may not document/see all damage to item. 4. Your card on File will be charged the evening after auction closes between 8-10PM. If you are tax exempt call and notify Riley. An email or hand delivered tax exempt form is required your first visit to Big Deal Auctions (bigdealauctions@gmail.com). 5. If bidder's card is declined when we run cards, we will reach out to let bidder know. If bidder does not communicate with us about fixing the declined card within 36 hours of the auction closing (two mornings after), we will mark the bidder as a "No-Show". 6. Inspections are by appointment. From 10am to 11am the day the auction closes, we will be at the warehouse so inspections can be completed. 7. We will always try and inform buyers if there is multiple boxes to an item, but we cannot always know for sure if every piece comes in one box. This falls under our open box policy and items are bought "as is". 8. All items are auctioned in present condition and are assumed to be in that same condition when they leave the pick up location. All clients are encouraged to check item conditions/functionality before leaving pick up, to get a refund, if the item is not as auctioned off. Once item is picked up, any possible damage is assumed to have happened outside pick up location. 9. If there is a scenario that a refund is determined as necessary, refunds that are given, are for bid price of the item. Refunds do not include buyer premium and sales tax. Levels of Product: Factory Sealed: New in box, never used, original product, in original box. We stand behind the listing as described. Being “new”, we have not checked for function / internal damage. You may inspect/test before you leave. Appears New: Item appears to be in new condition, not used. They may, or may not be in the original box. They should work as expected. We inspect for the following: Does not appear to have been pre-owned Item is complete enough to run / work as needed Box may be damaged, however, internal contents are functional You may test your item before you leave, if it does not work, you may return it for full refund BEFORE you leave the pick up location. No refunds after you leave. Open box: Open Box represents several conditions, such as incomplete, pre-owned, new but not verified for condition, untested, could be fully functioning, or DOA, we have not tested. Please use inspection time to preview and test before you bid. Open Box items may not be returned, sold as is. We highly suggest you preview open box items during our preview hours.
