All items that require shipping will be taken to the Mailbox Store in Highland IL for shipping by the following Wednesday after pickup. They will contact you by email or phone with shipping arrangements and payment instructions. Mailbox Store's number is 618-651-4700 option 3 if you want to give them a call 618-651-4700 option3 for payment and shipping arrangements.

The Credit Card on file will be charged at the close of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made! (no exceptions)

**All items other than those being shipped that are not picked up by 6pm the day of pickup will be disposed of and buyer will still be responsible for payment with no exceptions**

A 4% surcharge will be added to the amount of the purchase and will be charged to your credit card upon settlement of purchases along with a 10% buyers premium immediately following the close of the auction. Buyers who wish to pay in cash or by check (Prior arangements need to be made before auction closes OR by adding to your notes at the registration of this sale) upon pickup will have no surcharge but will still be charded the 10% buyers premium.

The heirs have decided to liquidate the personal belongings of their parents. Included in this auction are household, furniture, appliances and antiques. There will be some horse tack, saddle and very nice horse carriage buggy. This auction is on location at 707 Sunnyside Ave., Sorento, IL 62086. Please make every effort to get to pick up as the home will need to be empty at the end of day.
