1) Preview by appointment only in Allentown, PA. If you wish to preview any items, send a request to local.svauction@gmail.com or call 215-444-5353. We will contact you to set up an appointment.

2) Auction can be bid on starting on February 6th and closes live on February 20th at 4pm, Actual sale day starts at 9am February 20th and is estimated to end at 4pm

3) Won Items can be picked up by appointment only at the Merchant's Square Mall, 1901 S 12th St, Allentown, PA . You will receive a link to schedule your pickup via Shippingsaint.com, sign up for a time slot to pick up your won items or to have them shipped. (Only small items can be shipped.)

4) If you are buying furniture, it is important that you BRING YOUR OWN LABOR TO LOAD THE ITEMS. WE WILL NOT MOVE THEM FOR YOU. All furniture will be available on the loading dock. There is NO shipping if furniture unless you make the arrangements.

5) Smaller items can be shipped, shipping is mostly done in house or we can recommend a shipper to you. If you want to ship an item it is YOUR responsibility to have it picked up with the times of our office hours. When in doubt call before bidding! If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees.

6) Once sale is over, if you won an item/s and haven't paid by February 23rd, a dispute will be filed until the items have been paid. Checks are only accepted IN PERSON, please make checks payable to our parent company (Searchlight Auction). Mailed checks will NOT be recognized. Sales Tax is applied to PA Residents only per state law and regulations.

7) All items are sold AS IS. All items must be picked up within the scheduled days unless other arrangements are made (call 215-444-5353 for alternative arrangements), all items not picked up will be resold, or disposed of and any sale dollar amounts will be kept for storage costs. Everything will be paid for through Live Auctioneers by credit card (unless other arrangements have been made), a 20% buyers premium is applied to all purchases. Invoices will be emailed following the completion of the auction.

8) All sales are final! There are no returns or right of refusal! All bids will be considered a binding agreement by PA law. In case of technical difficulties, the auctioneer has the right to postpone and or extend auction to another date and or time. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
