The home we've prepared for your shopping experience for the upcoming weekend is absolutely gorgeous and full of like new furniture, music instruments, machinist's tools and more! The car in the pictures is for sale as well - unbelievable close to a new dealer condition - 2019 Cadillac XT-4 with only 11,400+ miles! You cannot find one with such low mileage and still under factory warranty! The leather inside is cream/tan with black sport side finish - and has a brand new battery... 

The furniture in this household is mostly from 2018 and 2019, many pieces in like new condition, and truly breathtaking, such as a very cool contemporary TV stand and fireplace (changing colors, and with built in heater) all in one with barn doors, accompanied by 2-seat power-reclining white/cream movie theater seats with storage, lit cup holders, lights underneath and built in usb chargers. The living room furniture also shows off a high end Schnadig wood coffee table with drawer, and Ashley furniture like new side table with drawer. The dining area presents a very ornate and spectacular dining set, with extravagant oversized dining chairs, and wood inlaid round dining table. To match that on the opposite side you'll find this truly extraordinary almost hacienda meets French Provincial style heavy duty armoire/buffet with french doors and multiple drawers - it appears hand carved, and is very heavy, but what a statement! It would make any large dining or kitchen area look very sophisticated. The office area has quite a few chic pieces as well, where you may find a very large wood and iron desk French provencial style, leather-like and wood office chair and matching entry/or sofa long table/cabinet with drawers. All like new, or floor models basically. We have some great selection of Tiffany Stained Glass inspired lamps here too, all hand crafted by a famous stained glass designer - we'll have a table lamp, a floor lamp and office lamp, all reminiscent of Frank LLoyd Wright shape and style with Tiffany inspiration pieces. The Samsung Tv in the living area is also for sale - a 65" Flat Screen TV 4k QLED for a small fraction of the original $1,999 MSRP. The Samsung 3.1 Channel Soundbar with sub will be sold separately for a great price as well. The office will present some amazing small pieces of amethyst, and a couple bigger geodes (a few lbs in weight each). And the office is home also to a very collectible Smith Corona Skyriter with cover case. There are a few small bronze vintage and antique pieces here too, along with a midcentury Panther/cougar light, Seiko Pendulum mantel clock among other wall clocks, and plenty of custom framed art...

We dedicated one of the bedrooms completely to music instruments. One of the feature pieces here is a Yamaha PSR SX-700 Keyboard Arranger Workstation with bench, stand and headphones included. It is in great condition and has been tested - remains like new! The other items found here are Korg X50 61 key synthesizer keyboard with power supply and stand, as well as Yamaha Pacifica PAC 012DLX electric guitar with stand, couple amps - Yamaha for guitar and Peavey for keyboard, guitar straps, additional guitar stool and stand and some Music Nomad tools, guitar picks, etc. 

The master bedroom is absolutely gorgeous and very grand with a great Queen Bedroom Set in Maple Wood. We have a Queen Sleigh Bed with mattress and spring box, a matching like new dresser, and two 3-drawer nightstands... The rattan/wiker indoor-outdoor chair & ottoman here is for sale as well, among plenty of pieces of art (DaVinci, J. Vermeer re-prints in gorgeous frames), decor, and Bronzes, such as an enormous L'aviation Angel Bronze Statue. 

We have another Bed set for sale in this household as well - a full size with black wood headboard, and a matching black/marble top nightstand. This sale also will present a great antique Art Decor piece - a glass three shelf cabinet with french doors, and slightly curved glass - a very exquisite piece, that is a rarity in the condition we're selling it in. 

The kitchen has quite a few treasures too - such as like new, just recently bought Red Keurig (in that vintage red shade that we all want now!), a stunning set of flatware by Wallace 18/10 Baroque pattern stainless steel set, a 222 Fifth Gabriela Cream dinnerware service for 12 - with 2 square plates for each setting, a small fruit/salad bowl and a cup/mug - 48 pieces total, all like new! There are few vintage japanese porcelain items too, small vases, cups, bowls, platters, etc. We will have a small Nostalgia Electrics popcorn machine for sale here too, an Oster Convection oven & Air Fryer with French doors, as well as mutliple pots, pans, some new NordicWare baking pans, wood cutting boards, Cuisinart knives, knife block, Kitchenaid accessories, Indiana glass hobnail pitcher with drinking glasses, Martinsville Viking glass Ruby Red pitcher, among other collectible glass - Fenton chip and dip bowl, Murano glass inspired decanters, etc. 

Let's not forget about the garage! What a haven of goodies! We'll have plenty of Mitutoyo tools, as well as machinists hand tools and small measuring sets etc. To add to that - we will be selling Kennedy tool chests - 3 of them, 1 large on the bottom, and two smaller ones on top - all with matching keys of course and in great condition. There a few power tools here as well, some garage shelving units, some Christmas decorations, vintage tools, wood chisels with wood handles, Craftsman, Black & Decker and Stanley tools and power tools, step stools and step ladders, battery chargers, plenty of cleaning supplies and light bulbs - brand new and just out of Costco boxes... And so much more!

Patio decor and furniture is truly entertaining here as well! We'll have a cast iron bistro set with a small table and two chairs, as well as simple metal bistro set, a small glass top table with chairs, plenty of pots, plants, metal yard art and decor, hand painted in Trune shingles and tiles all around the yard and inside the home too, humming bird feeders, plant stands, large planters, a heavy duty hose, and plenty of gardening tools...
