Payments accepted:
Cash is preferred.
Cash...And we accept cash
Bring cash and change. If we dont have the correct change we will round up. We are not going to give you a better deal because you dont have the correct change. We will round up! If there is wifi or cell service we may take Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Zelle, PayPal, Cashapp and Venmo. These alternate payment types will carry a 3% convenience fee.

Sales tax will be charged at checkout.

We cannot help you load. We are working the sale. Once you pay for your items it is your responsibilty to get it to your car. Bring boxes, or tape or furniture movers or a truck if needed. If you do get help from any worker and they scratch you car. It is your fault. We do not authorize workers to help load stuff. Once you buy it it is your responsibility from there on.

Please....No Large Bags or Backpacks. If we catch you stealing or putting things into purses or bags we do not allow you to bring in to the sale, we will call the police and file a report no matter how small the item. Theives are theives and we do not think it is ok that you steal from the people who trust us to do a job in THEIR home.

California Treasures or property owner is not responsible for accidents or injuries on the premises.

Please carefully inspect all items before buying. Test any electronics, make sure large items can fit in your vehicle or you are able to transport the item BEFORE you buy it. Once you pay for the item, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! There are no exchanges.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! No exceptions.

We do not have restrooms for your personal use. Plan accordingly.

Obey all posted signs. Do not enter means "DO NOT ENTER" Not for Sale means ITS NOT FOR SALE AND ITS NOT FREE.

Have respect and remember you are in someone's home. Watch what you say. The person shopping beside you may be a friend , family or the owner.

We have bid boxes near the Checkout. You may place a bid or offer on any item. We will look at all offers after close each day. Your offer should be between the price on tag and price with discount tomorrow. (Ex: price tag is $100. Tomorrow is 25% off making the price $75 tomorrow. Your bid/offer can be $85. If that's the highest offer. You will be getting a call within an hour to cone get your item. On the last day. If that item is now $50. You would make a reasonable offer of maybe $40, which I would consider. Offers like $2 and $5 are not reasonable.

We research and price most all items. If you don't like a price or think it's high, come back when it's discounted or make a bid to the bid box.

Our company is currently not requiring that you wear masks. No one on our team has COVID nor to their knowledge has been exposed within the last two weeks.
