BY REGISTERING, ACCEPTING, AND RECEIVING A BIDDING IDENTIFICATION, YOU THE BIDDER AGREE TO ALL THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND RULES: A 20% BUYER' PREMIUM of the final bid will be added to the final bid to arrive at the TOTAL PRICE the Buyer pays. EXAMPLE: a $100 final bid times a 20% Buyer's Premium, or a $20, is added to the final bid, to arrive at a TOTAL PRICE of $120.00 paid by the Buyer. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! PAYMENT: Cash, a good check on a Tennessee Bank, or Venmo, ONLY! NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED! Be prepared to pay, as above, and pick up your items bought at the times below BEFORE BIDDING! Buyers are entirely responsible for all items bought using the bidder identity issued with their assent as evidenced their registration for this Sale. When Buyers purchase one or more item, they are immediately obligated to pay for and remove ALL items purchased under their bidding registration. The Buyer cannot remove any item, or items until payment is made and you have been issued a PAID invoice, receipt, or ticket. The buyer must remove ALL items of all lots bid on. $25.00 assessment will be charged for ANY items left on the premises. The property becomes the buyer's property and responsibility at the time the sale is indicated, unless the buyer does not act in accordance with the rules or terms herein. The Auctioneer or the Auction personnel are not responsible for any property after the Sale is indicated. It is the buyer's responsibility to protect and remove all items bought under their registration identity. PICK UP DATES, TIMES, AND TERMS: until 4 PM the day of the Sale after the Sale and a PAID receipt is received; WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 16 from 10 AM until 4 PM; THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 17 from 10 AM until 4 PM and FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 18 from 10 AM until 2 PM at which time all items unpaid, picked up, or separate arrangements made within the the Auctioneer's discretion will be charged a $25.00 fee, revert back to the seller, and be sold Onsite at a Live public Auction, only, separately, or in bulk, with pick up allowed until 5 PM to remove that day only. Any separate arrangements made outside of the hours described herein will incur a $25.00 special arrangements fee. Any property purchased under your registration, but not removed, or separate arrangement made with the Auctioneer (AN ADDITIONAL $25.00 FEE) for pick up within the Auctioneer's discretion by 2 PM, FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 18th, will revert back to the seller. A $25.00 charge will be applied to any special arrangements made to pick up items outside the times advertised. Any items that are not picked up, or arrangements made, will be assessed a $25.00 charge for breach of the registration agreement, and those items revert back to the seller at 2 PM, Friday, November 18. A LIVE ONLY PUBLIC AUCTION WILL BE HELD ONSITE FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 18 AT 2 PM FOR ANY ITEMS NOT SOLD ONLINE OR THAT HAVE REVERTED BACK TO THE SELLER - OPEN AT 12 PM, CT, SALE AT 1 PM, CT. NO SHIPPING IS OFFERED! Buyers are responsible for making their own arrangements for picking up items bought under their registration within the dates and times announced, or by special arrangements with the Auctioneer's discretion. A $25.00 fee will be assessed for items not removed from the premises within the days and times announced or under special arrangements. The Auctioneer and/or Sale Agents, and all personnel are in fact Agents for the Seller, only, and do not and cannot warrant the quality, quantity, authenticity, age, or final condition of any item, or articles, in the Online Only Sale - again you are buying "AS IS, WHERE IS." THEREFORE, it is the Buyer's responsibility to personally inspect the property to their entire satisfaction and use PRIOR to bidding, OTHERWISE they Buyer bids waiving their right of inspection. Buyer's may make reasonable arrangements with the Auctioneer or Sales personnel to inspect the property at a time mutually agreeable to all parties. Due to conditions public inspections may create the Auctioneers and/or Sales Personnel are not responsible for any items that are missing or damaged after the Lot illustration was created. We will do all possible to ensure the original lots of items are not displaced, missing, or damaged, but there are no guarantees or warranties of condition whatsoever. Buyers MUST pick up ALL items bought under their registration during the days and times announced, otherwise the items left will revert to the seller for disposal and a $25.00 fee will be assessed and billed to the Buyer for not removing ALL items bought at the Sale under their registration, or, additionally, any special arrangements made with the Auctioneer for other times outside these advertised dates and times. Announcements and notices the day of the Online Sale take precedence over all prior advertising of any kind. The terms, conditions, advertising, and items of this Auction are subject to change without notice. The Seller reserves the right to accept below and above any stated reserve, otherwise all sales are Absolute. The Auctioneer reserves the right at the direction of the seller to remove items, add items, change terms, or items at any time prior to their Sale to the best benefit of the Buyer and the Seller, or to settle any disputes or correct mistakes. If there are questions, immediately contact the Auctioneer or Auction Agents for clarification. BE SURE TO CHECK BACK FOR ANY CHANGES TO THE SALE PRIOR TO BIDDING. The Auctioneer reserves the right to sell in lots, to the best advantage of time and the Seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to control the size of the bids for the speed and clarity of the sale. In the event of a tied bid or disputed bid, the Auctioneer's word shall be final on whether to reopen the bidding. Be sure to clarify and settle all disputes at the time of the sale. If any dispute arises after the Online Only Sale, our sale record is conclusive. When the Auctioneer sells any item, the Buyer assumes ALL RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY for the lot and/or item from the moment the Auctioneer indicates the sale. No swapping permitted - you pay for what you buy using your bidding number. The Auctioneers reserve up to two business days to accurately confirm and invoice all sales. The Auctioneer or Sale Personnel do not move any items purchased. All items purchased under the buyer's registration become the property of the buyer at the time the sale is indicated.
