1. All sales are final and items are sold as-is. There are no returns or exchanges.
2. LEAVE YOUR BAGS AND PURSES IN YOUR CAR. We provide shopping totes. Shoplifters will be prosecuted. 3. If we're not busy, we'll be glad to help you load your items, at your risk. Bring your own help. Bring packing materials as we have a limited amount. 4. We are not responsible for accidents or injury while you are visiting this sale. 5. We accept cash and major credit cards with valid TX DL and phone number. 6. Sales tax is collected. Tax Exempt Buyers must provide a valid copy of their Tax Certificate. 7. Children are welcome to our sales. They must be with you at all times. Unescorted children will be tagged and sold. 8. No pre-sales. We'd love to accommodate your phone calls, texts and emails, but are busy preparing for the sale. If time allows, I will respond to your inquiries. We will not be available by phone during the sale. 9. Items must be removed by the end of the sale unless an alternate time has been scheduled with Rachael. Lastly, come shop, visit and have fun! We generally don't travel this far north, but are thrilled to host this beautiful moving sale for a dear friend. While I'm sad to see her move, I'm so happy to see her have the opportunity to go to the sand and sea. Of course I'm hoping for an invitation to visit! 6/25 UPDATE OMG! We have 100s of Starting Lineup baseball, basketball, hockey, football, boxing and golf figurines! They date from 1989-mid 90s. Some are VERY COLLECTIBLE. There are Star Wars, X-Men and Spawn figurines- all in the original packaging. And autographed books, we have 100s! As well as lots and lots of fabulous old collectible books. There's some very RARE collectible memorabilia like the helmet worn by Gene Tunney, " The Fighting Marine" in 1926. We also have Frank Sinatra's limited edition 24k gold plated single, "New York, New York" and a framed photograph signed by the entire cast of "Father Knows Best." You'll also find a gorgeous gold Versace Purse, a 1990s Tiffany sterling mirror, 800 silver from the Netherlands, a couple of Christofle silverplate pieces, and more...I'll post more this afternoon. 6/24 UPDATE Like many sales, this one has grown! My favorite part of our job is finding hidden treasure. We haven't made it through all the boxes yet, and are expecting to find more fabulous things! My client's husband worked for Universal Studios for over 40 years, so we do have some movie memorabilia and autographs that we haven't sorted through yet.
