Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. Cash, credit/debit cards only, no checks will be accepted. A sign in sheet will be placed outside the home one hour prior to the sale opening. Any other sheet started will not be honored. Please don’t bring any personal purses into the sales. We will provide you with either a basket or tote for you to place your items you wish to purchase. Please don’t park in or block the neighbor’s driveways. Don’t park anywhere illegally and read all signs for street sweeping. Please be safe and happy shopping!

Grasons Co Premier is presenting a phenomenal 2-day estate sale in Canyon Country with Motorcycles, Mini-Vans, Die Cast Cars, Tools, Knives, Bow and Arrows, Electronics, Camping, and oh so much more! We are still organizing, so be sure to check back in with us throughout the week for more photos. Please note; the trains are no longer available. PARKING Please note the home is uphill and parking on property is limited for Handicap clients only. Therefore, you must have a Handicap Placard to park on property. All others we ask that you utilize street parking and walk up to the property. Thank you!
Pricing and mileage available for vehicles only after Tuesday 10/25/2022 and will be accepting offers…highest bidder wins. Signup sheet goes out 1 hour prior to opening of the 1st day of the sale…any other sheet started will not be honored.
