* NC taxes will be charged. If you have a tax exempt certificate it must be presented no later than at the time of pick up, no exceptions. It is encouraged to email the certificate in upon registration.
* Buyer's premium rate charged: 18%, with 3% discount for cash on local pick up
* Payment types Cash, Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express
* Required time of pickup/checkout and any charges for storage: Village Square Auctions will charge buyer $30/day storage fee if you need to make arrangements outside of the local pick up times. These types of arrangements need to be made on the first day of pick ups. Any item not picked up within 30 days of conclusion of the auction will be forfeited, no matter of payment status.
* Village Square Auctions is now shipping in-house. Your items will be packaged and weighed for shipping. Your shipping & handling costs will then be added to your invoice and automatically charged to your HIBID card on file. If you need to pay with a different card please notify us and we can email you a shipping invoice. You, the buyer, are responsible for ALL shipping costs.
* For internet-only auctions, reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction or a lot in the case of system failures/glitches.
* Cards on file will be automatically be charged If you have not contacted us 48 Hours after the Auction Ends to make other payment arrangements.
