Items are sold as is/where is.
8% buyer's premium is charged on top of all bid prices to online bidders only.
4.5% sales tax will be charged on all items. (Not applicable to coins, currency, and bullion)
4.0% convenience fee is charged on all credit card transactions.
All firearms will be subject to a background check and FFL Transfer. JD Firearms will handle all transfers. $20 will be charged for the first gun, $10 for each consecutive gun purchased by the same bidder.
Item Pickup will be at the New DDA Headquarters between Miller and St. Lawrence, SD for all items except firearms.
Firearms will need to be picked up or shipped from JD Firearms by appointment only at their new Miller location, UNLESS PICKED UP ON SALE DAY. IF YOU PICKUP ON SALE DAY, they will be at their Miller Location (right next to our auction facility east of Miller, TO DO TRANSFERS IN MILLER.
Shipping is available, however ALL shipping and handling fees will be the responsibility of the winning bidder. $15 per box shipped handling fee will be charged. On single items purchases, we may be cheaper on the handling charge.
Firearm Shipping terms will be determined by JD Firearms
All invoices MUST be paid within 3 business days, no exceptions.
If you are picking your items up in person, you must do so during a sheduled appointment.

By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
Auctioneers reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion.
