*Pricing information or any other questions via phone or email will not be available prior to the sale as we are busy setting up.
*You will need to haul your own items. We are not responsible to assist moving heavy items for you.
*A hold area is available, please be certain you want items before placing them on hold- this is a commitment- you put on hold, you bought it.
*All valuables are removed from the site and brought in the morning of sale.
*Backpacks, large purses and bags are not allowed. Should you bring them they will be subject to inspection. Empty boxes are ok.
