This auction will not take more than 45 minutes. Please be prompt. Auction will start promptly at 6:30 pm Viewing from 6:00 pm-6:30. All items must be removed at completion of auction. If coming from the East, To avoid construction traffic at 14/Northwestern/Orchard Lake Rd., you may consider taking 13 mile or Maple to Farmington Road to 14 Mile Rd. East to the entry to the subdivision just West of Orchard lake Road on the South Side. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENTER THE SUB FROM THE ORCHARD LAKE ROAD ENTRY THAT SOME GPS WILL SEND YOU TO. Enter only through main HUNTERS RIDGE gate on 14 Mile Rd. just West of Orchard Lake Rd. That is a residents only gate and requires certain security. |
