REAL ESTATE 2% BUYER'S PREMIUM

-Real Estate sold "as is, where is," with no warranties or guarantees expressed, written or implied.
-10% down (earnest money, non-refundable) plus 2% day of contract signing. Balance due and possession given at closing (approx. 30-45 days).
