We need all names by the end of the day today. If you are not on the list you will not be granted access from the gate guard. Be prepared to let the gate guard know the estate address and that you are attending the estate sale.

Hello Friends, Grasons Co. of beach cities is honored to have been chosen for another stunning estate sale located in the prestigious area of Seacliff On The Greens. This 3 day estate sale is in a private gated community. Guards will not allow people entry until 9am. If your interested in attending we will need your full name emailed to grasonsonline@gmail.com including what date & time you would like to arrive. Please be cautious of where you are parking as there are limited guest parking spaces, please respect the neighbors parking spots & driveways. Our 3 day estate sale will include many beautiful items; magnificent artwork, beautiful dining table & hutch, books, full kitchen, sectional sofas, grandmother clock, collectibles throughout the home, linens, cleaning supplies, electronics of all kinds, bedroom furnishings, armoires,beds,nightstands, entry tables, patio lounger, potted plants, bbq, and so many more items to choose from. We cannot wait to see all of our new & returning friends & shoppers.

Please no early birds as the gate will not allow anyone to enter before 9am. Make sure you email us at grasonsonline@gmail.com with your full name for entry.
