Part 1 sale at their beautiful Moreland Hills home includes an eclectic mix of estate-size Chinese, Japanese and abstract outdoor sculptures. Furniture includes custom sofas and chairs, Thomas Moser, Christian Liaigre, lighting by Hansen, Donghia, and oriental rugs. Artwork includes 19th and 20th C paintings, Chinese paintings, marble sculptures, bronzes, and more. Pottery and porcelain include Royal Copenhagen, Boehm, and Cybis. Pick Up Items: Sunday, October 16th, 2022 between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM

Due to the nature of the home, children are not permitted at this pick-up.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you cannot make the designated time, please do not bid. No other pickup times will be offered.  PICK-UP EXCEPTION: Many large outdoor sculptures will need professional assistance to move.  THEY ARE LARGE AND HEAVY.  If the winning bidder of one of these items is, please contact Lorie at 216-470-7002 to schedule moving arrangements.  All large outdoor sculptures MUST be removed by October 30.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

Bidders are responsible for bringing appropriate help for moving and loading furniture and large items as well as boxes and packing materials.  Staff is NOT permitted to assist in moving anything.  Please be prepared with tools and packing supplies as these items are not provided.

Please notify us BEFORE the pickup date if someone is picking up on your behalf.  Items will NOT be released without your permission.

We will attempt to contact you before the pickup time ends as a reminder to pick up your items.  However, if you do not respond before the pick-up ends, you MAY forfeit your items.
