This estate is filled with like new furniture and was designed by Interior designer team! Truly breathtaking items and even all the pictures we took do not give them justice! We'll have some absolutely gorgeous patio furniture with like new cushions - all custom designed, as well as a cast iron patio set, and more contemporary wicker patio set. The furniture inside consist of some Pottery Barn pieces, but also many pieces picked up in New Hampshire, where this lovely couple main house is - antiques that were repurposed and brought back to life in this beautiful Fountain Hills property. We'll have plenty of decor, some bronzes, including after-Remington, Native pottery from 1950s. Original oil paintings are here too - and many prints as well. The living and dining room set is like new, but that is the case with most furniture, decor and other items all around the house. 

It may be worth mentioning that the rugs in this home are mostly contemporary, however we have also 2 vintage persian wool rugs for sale as well - which are absolutely exquisite and hand knotted, waiting for the right buyer... 

The bedrooms present multiple bedroom sets, some antique and some contemporary such as Pottery Barn or Restoration Hardware. Most of furniture and decor seems to be as new Hampshire meetiond Desert/West Coast... WE have some great linens, towels, clothing, but also 2 different size like new Sleep Number beds with remotes, accent chairs, chippendale chairs and coffee table/side table sets, like new Ladlow's glass top dining table set with chairs, multiple gallery pieces, with receipts...
