All items that require shipping will be taken to the Mailbox Store in Highland IL for shipping by the following Wednesday after pickup. They will contact you by email or phone with shipping arrangements and payment instructions. Mailbox Store's number is 618-651-4700 option 3 if you want to give them a call 618-651-4700 option3 for payment and shipping arrangements.

The Credit Card on file will be charged at the close of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made! (no exceptions)

**All items other than those being shipped that are not picked up by 6pm the day of pickup will be disposed of and buyer will still be responsible for payment with no exceptions**

A 4% surcharge will be added to the amount of the purchase and will be charged to your credit card upon settlement of purchases along with a 10% buyers premium immediately following the close of the auction. Buyers who wish to pay in cash or by check (Prior arangements need to be made before auction closes OR by adding to your notes at the registration of this sale) upon pickup will have no surcharge but will still be charded the 10% buyers premium.

Dennis and Pat Feist are relocating and will be offering for sale at auction household,antiques, paintings, tools and collectables that they will not be taking with them. The Feist's have very well maintanianed and clean items in this auction. The pickup day will be Friday October 21th from 4-6 pm, if you cannot make pickup or make arrangements please do not bid as all items will need to be out of the home that evening.
