We are pleased to present this beautiful online estate auction featuring the entire contents of a beautiful Wakefield Townhome in North Raleigh.  Per NC Auction Law, we have to inform you that the owner is deceased, and the name is withheld at the family's request.  If we noticed any issues with items in this auction, we made our best effort to point them out in the photographs and/or descriptions. Please see all pictures and ask any questions that you may have. This auction will end on Sunday, October 9th, and bidding will start to close at 8 pm and then every 12 seconds until all lots are sold.  

Pick-up will be on Tuesday, October 11th , from 1-7 pm. The address for this pickup will be released only to winning bidders. This home is located off Keith's Store Rd. in the Wakefield Plantation Community in North Raleigh. Please be sure you can make pick-up before bidding as this is the only access we will have to the home.  There WILL be a signup time required for this pick-up.  Shipping could be available on smaller items, but please contact us before bidding for shipping approval. Also, please be sure to bring helpers for furniture pieces and boxes for smaller items.
