* Required time of pickup/checkout and any charges for storage: Village Square Auctions will charge buyer $30/day storage fee if you need to make arrangements outside of the local pick up times. These types of arrangements need to be made on the first day of pick ups. Any item not picked up within 30 days of conclusion of the auction will be forfeited, no matter of payment status.
* Village Square Auctions is now shipping in-house. Your items will be packaged and weighed for shipping. Your shipping & handling costs will then be added to your invoice and automatically charged to your HIBID card on file. If you need to pay with a different card please notify us and we can email you a shipping invoice. You, the buyer, are responsible for ALL shipping costs.
* For internet-only auctions, reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction or a lot in the case of system failures/glitches.
* Cards on file will be automatically be charged If you have not contacted us 48 Hours after the Auction Ends to make other payment arrangements.

The family of Ronie A York and Nancy E. York, both deceased, lived at the residence in Thomasville, NC since 1959. The house was constructed in 1959 and both lived until their deaths. Ronie A. York died in 2004 and Nancy E. York, in 2022. Ronie A. York was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who also had a CPA practice in Thomasville, NC. In addition, Ronie A. York was a real estate broker in Thomasville, NC. He organized and started Ray's Enterprises, Inc., a real estate company. Also, he was very involved as a member of the Gideons International, the Civil Air Patrol, and the Toastmasters. Nancy E. York was a homemaker. She also assisted with her husband's CPA business. Further, she was also involved as a member of the Gideons Auxiliary. They both were Christians and members of Carolina Memorial Baptist Church in Thomasville, NC. The family included two sons, Stephen M. York, and Cecil D. York. Stephen M. York is a CPA presently working with the government. Cecil D. York is a Dealer Specialist working with Truist Bank.
