Auction Tucson is a Public Consignment Auction Dealer and is exempt from 1) Emissions Testing Requirements Under A.R.S. 49-542(D) 2) The Implied Warranty Of Merchantability Disclosure/Disclaimer Provisions Under A.R.S. 28-4412 and 44-1267 - A $300 Deposit Will Apply To The Winning Bidder Of Any Vehicle Won. This Can Be Payed In Cash, Cashiers Check Or Wire Transfer And Can Be Refunded Back On Your Card.
