All of our auction sales are final. The successful bidders are responsible for removing all purchased items immediately following the auction. All items will need to be loaded by the successful bidder, we do not provide loading help. Shipping can be arranged on any item.

A bid on an item constitutes acceptance of the item and terms of the auction. Your bid is a binding contract; non-paying bidders will be blocked from future auction at the discretion of the auctioneer. Make sure your contact info is complete and correct on the bidder sign up page. Payment is due on completion of the auction, invoices will be sent and online payment options are available.

Items will be available for pick-up at the stated/posted times only for the auction. Items paid for but not picked up will be forfeit after 30 days, no refunds given.

Items begin closing at 10:00 am Friday Oct. 7th, 2022. Auction pick-up times Friday Oct. 7th 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Saturday October 8th and Sunday October 9th 12:00 Noon to 6:00 PM Please Sign up for a time at this website, ( ) include your invoice #

Items will be in the front lobby area pick up only or shipping if available, if you are sick please stay home!, all items must be paid for prior to scheduled pick up, please only schedule one time for pick up. Pick up times are in 5 minute increments please don't be late we only have limited room for items ready to pick up, All items will be inside front door in our lobby area, there will be no loading help if you have furniture or heavy items please bring your own loading help.

Items not picked up by dates indicated for pick up will be assessed a $2 per day per auction lot storage fee. We do not have room to store auction item. If you bid please pick up your items. Once the storage fee equals the purchase price of the item BTeam will dispose of the item at their discretion. Shipping may also be added to items not picked up and the items will be shipped to the address listed with your account, if available, at BTeams discretion.
