All invoices MUST be paid before the end of removal day or they will be marked a no-show. If you cannot make pickup day you MUST contact us to set up a new removal day/time. If it says no shipping, it means NO SHIPPING! If you want and item shipped that can be, email us your Bidder Number, Shipping Name & Address and a Phone Number. We do our best to ship items in a timely manner. We are an auction company, not a shipping company. We are not Amazon! We charge for shipping. We have a $12 handling fee plus the cost of shipping.
