We accept credit cards for payment for all online purchases. You will be required to register your credit card information prior to bidding and may use it for payment if you are the successful bidder.

All items that are not paid for in a timely manner default back to the owner/seller.

UNIT CLEAN OUT: Buyer must have bring paid invoice to office to obtain entrance into units. You will have Thursday, Friday and Saturday after the end of sale to clean out your units.

There is a $100 clean out fee for every unit won in addition to the unit sale price.

Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters are available. The clean out fee will be returned to buyer once the unit (s) are inspected by the storage faciltiy.
