YOU MUST PARK IN THE GRASS IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE VIA THE DRIVEWAY -Children will be allowed in as long as there is no line of BUYING customers. -NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS WILL BE AVAILABLE ! -WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ENTRANCE TO ANYONE! -This is a CASH only Sale!!!!! NO CHECKS OR CREDIT CARDS!!! -Doors Open At 10:00 AM. Please be courteous when parking in the area. -Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police. -SMILE, as usual, there will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the home. -Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside. -Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information. Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals will be in South Tampa for a 3 Day demolition estate sale this upcoming weekend. Howard and Myra Gardner residents of South Tampa since 1996. Howard was retired after 30 years of Federal employment. He was a Master Mason, Worshipful Master of Port Tampa #153, a member of Egypt Shrine, the Scottish Rite. He was Commander of Alaska Commandery #1, K.T. Was High Priest, Fairbanks #1, RAM, Worthy Patron, Midnight Sun #6 Order of Eastern Star. He was elected as Grand Secretary of the Grand York Rite Bodies of Florida and served four years until his illness forced him to step down. Myra was a military wife who loved to travel. She enjoyed playing cards and cribbage and was an active member with the daughters of denial and Eastern Star. The family has sold the property and we will be liquidating its entire contents. The contents include: a 2013 Ford F150 XLT Pickup 4D, 5 1/2 ft bed with 70K miles, an entire garage of tools, entire estate jewelry, indoor furniture, outdoor furniture, complete kitchen, appliances, cabinets, doors, water heater, complete home ac unit, plants and trees, men's clothing, women's clothing, military clothing.
