TERMS & CONDITIONS: By placing a bid you are entering into a legally binding contract that you agree to pay the amount in which you are bidding on an item and any additional fees. Upon placing a bid, you are promising to pay for your purchases according to terms of this agreement. If you fail to pay for an item you will be reported to HiBid as an non paying client.

BUYERS PREMIUM & SALES TAX: You will be charged a 5% buyers premium and Ohio State tax. Ohio requires 7% state sales tax.

PAYMENT INFORMATION: All payments will be processed within 24 hours of the end of the auction. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card & Discover). We accept credit cards for payment for all online purchases. You will be required to register your credit card information prior to bidding and may use it for payment if you are the successful bidder.

All items that are not paid for in a timely manner default back to the owner/seller.

UNIT CLEAN OUT: Buyer must have bring paid invoice to office to obtain entrance into units. You will have Thursday, Friday and Saturday after the end of sale to clean out your units.

There is a $50 clean out fee for every unit won in addition to the unit sale price.

Units must be completely cleaned out and all trash must be removed from premises. No dumpsters are available. The clean out fee will be returned to buyer once the unit (s) are inspected by the storage faciltiy.

Office onsite, closes at 5:00pm.
Saturday access available, but would need to contact storage facility to schedule a time to access.

CONDITION OF ITEMS: The auction service is not responsible for the condition of the items sold. We do not offer returns on any items purchased due to their condition. All items are to be sold "AS IS" without Guarantee or warranty of any kind. We do NOT accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to buyers remorse. If you are a successful bidder on a unit or a unit is bid on from your IP address it is your responsibility to pay for the purchase or purchases.

Bids are considered a contractual agreement that must be fulfilled.

Notice to Bidders
Lien laws must always be followed. The Storage Facility reserves all rights to cancel or postpone auctions at any point.

All bids on the site are in $10 increments.


Upon winning an auction you will be automatically charged the clean out fee along with the unit sale price.
